Melanoma: Radiotherapy

If you’ve had advanced melanoma and unresectable metastases you may need radiotherapy (treatment with high energy x-rays). This treatment does not cure the cancer but may help to reduce the size of the spread and help you be more comfortable. A referral will be given for you to see a Radiation Oncologist who will determine the best treatment options.
